The only vintage in the BUKACZEWSKI-COLLET range to feature the Meunier grape variety, Tendre Poème brings into rhyme and flavors the pretty quintessence of a terroir whose delicate originality one would not suspect. Its Old Vines component and its long aging in the cellar (17 months to date) make it unique, produced in only 1000 copies.
Cuvée BC
An ode to its terroir, the Cuvée BC proudly claims its aging and vinification in oak casks. Because its character, it derives from a very fine selection of Vieilles Vignes de Chardonnay, exposed in an optimal way in south / south-east slopes. An authentic expression that you will have the exclusivity to find each year, in a limited edition of only 1000 copies.
